UAS Automation control engineers are experienced in the many facets of automation technology. Electrical technicians assist in the design of hardwired controls and PLC wiring and networking. PLC programmers develop control software (for Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLCs, and others) for both the feed machines manufactured by UAS (Vacuum Infusion Systems, Feed Grinders) and complete feed plants, including automation of commodity intake, digital scales, conveyors, distributors, inventory, micro additions, grinding, mixing, pelleting, and product out loading.

The engineers have experience in many other industries, including cement, glass, petrochemical, and general material handling and processing. Other programmers develop graphical displays for operator control of plant production and software engineers develop programs in Visual Basic to meet any customer needs.
